This is actually a very nice regional airport with plenty of wall outlets, water bottle filling station inside the secure area and the weather channel constantly on the TV. Speaking of which, the only reason I saw the inside of this airport is because we got stranded overnight in a blizzard. Considering the circumstances, everything went as smoothly as possible and the staff handled everything very well.
First off, they don't even let you through the TSA check until an hour before your flight, so no need to get here esrlym. Then the TSA lady pulled my keys out of the smaller circle bin to make sure they were just keys and nothing dangerous,which also had my ID and boarding pass in it. I got the bin without my boarding pass and ID. I told the agent and they didn't seem to care and kept on doing their thing. I told them a 2nd and 3rd time that my boarding pass and ID never came through. A 4th time I was more forceful, I asked them what I'm supposed to do without my ID and boarding pass and that they needed to find it. Of course they were at the ladies feet who pulled my keys and, which is also the same lady who could have cared less that my ID was lost. How do you not notice that you pulled my ID and boarding pass out when you were checking my keys? They didn't even say sorry once they returned my items.
My favorite airport of all. I visit here frequently with my service dog Hotdog on our way to medical treatment centers around the country. Extremely friendly staff, very accommodating.
