Sadly, I have to give them at least one star, but they sure as hell don't deserve it. I called the Auto Center as I was getting off work several nights ago and was told that if I got my pickup out there soon they should have plenty of time to get to it before they closed at 8pm. I got out there a couple minutes later, just after 7, and they were just finishing the last vehicle there. I was turned away with an empty shop and an hour until closing, and all I needed was a quick oil change. Not a good way to keep customers in Pierre. This will be the last time I waste my time and money here.
I came an hour before closing, there were 6 guys standing around. One car ahead of me and they refused me of an oil change. I just got off work, called, they said it was fine and so I drove 2 hours! When I got there they denied me!
