Everytime I call this place, I get a very rude women that starts with a K. I ask her if she has any openings for a kids cut, she tells me “I’m all booked for the day”. I then proceed to Walmart to buy groceries and she and this other hair dresser are just sitting down at their booths on their phones and eating food. This not the first time this has happened to me. I’m sorry, but Smart Style will NEVER get any of my business.
Cheap is what you get. They can do basic styles, but if you have something else in mind, it's more of a rough butcher with uneven cuts and unprofessional treatment to customers.
Good work but the beautician was RUDE and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. I understand she is the only one who is working there atm, but that isn't an excuse to nit pick at everything the customer does. Cheap but you are definitely getting what you paid for.
