I ordered a pizza from the Pierre, SD pizza hut today; we did the large specialty pizza and large 1 topping for $20. When we asked the girl who took our order if a regular cheese pizza would qualify for the discount she said yes. Then we asked if they still did the 2 orders of breadsticks for $5, she said yes. Our order came out to $37 and that didnt make sense. So when i called back almost immediatly she told me a cheese pizza doesnt qualify for the discount and they dont do the breadstick deal anymore. So we switched from breadsticks to a order of cheese sticks and a liter of pop because the manager said that would be cheaper. So now, our total was $35. The delivery girl shows up at the door with a ticket that said $27. So i gave her $40 knowing there was a mistake with her receipt. Called the store because i got the wrong food and the manager (tim) continued to tell me it was "my fault." I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. The manager tim needs to learn what respect is.
Completely dead during evening peak times; I honestly swore it was closed driving up minus the drive through. The service was incredibly slow; 20 minutes to take our order when there was plenty staff available and we were the only customers. While waiting for the pizza to cook, the music was very explicit with lyrics throwing F*** and N***** till business picked up with families; least for 15 minuets till it started up. Staff would have loud explicit conversations talking about smoking and sex. This creates a very adult atmosphere and I can see why business was dead. Pizza was only okay as a large stuffed crust I could see light shine through with it being so thin. For a large pizza with 3 topping costing 29.47; I expected better.
Great service and quality! The waiter was really nice and we got our pizza with a small wait! The place is AMAZING!!!! And the pizza is so thick and nice and warm! its delicious!!!! I want to go again!
Waited for our order for an hour, left a tip anyways to be nice and had to hear some lazy add waitress say "THAT'S IT ?" when I put 4 dollars on the table. DO NOT EAT HERE. Overgrown weeds in the landscape, poorly managed.
horrible customer service nasty food and a bunch of druggie work here including the manager. saw this with my own eyes on the property. this place needs to be shut down
