Brisket was super good! Sausage was awesome! Fries are the best in town. Friendly staff and clean

Restaurant interior theme is very fitting for the name and food. Very clean and appealing to the eyes. The menu items overall stand out against the competition. They have a nice selection of sandwiches. I’m excited to go back and try something different. Sara was our waitress and she was very professional and went above my expectations with her attentiveness and knowledge of the menu.
Sadly, the best part was the sauce you can get with the fried pickles (though their tried to give us ranch at first). Lots of room for improvement, though the staff is very nice...a rarity in this area.

I'm from Kansas City where BBQ is as serious as religion, and this was not anything like BBQ. The meat was reasonably tender but not seasoned or smoked. My husband had the "Andoille" sausage as part of his sandwich and said even that had no flavor. I don't know if this place has a smoker, but I didn't smell one and certainly didn't taste one. There were no smoke rings on any of the meats.
