Very helpful great service
Only reason for the one star is that Google doesn't accept a score of zero stars. Service here is really bad. The owner is grumpy and I even wonder if he even knows anything about bikes. I went in needing a star nut inserted into a steerer tube on my fork (since I don't have the proper tool yet). First of all he didn't even know what a star nut was (you would think that would be a requirement to know what a star nut was to run a bike shop). Second he just looked at me and said no in a tone like I just stole his wallet. He claimed it was a "liability" to work on quality components that wasn't bought from his shop. That just tells me that he just doesn't know how to work on a bike and that he doesn't want my money. By the way they charge full msrp or more for everything and their selection of bikes is not much better than that you would find at the local Wal-Mart. If you are in the Pierre area and need to buy a bike or get one serviced, go somewhere else where they know what a bike is.
I did call twice to ask for a price, but no answer. So I arrived in person and all I had was a flat to my bike. The person working was nice and friendly. Helped me out fast and the price was reasonable.
