#SmartSoftware is dumb. #SmartSoftware is the very worst custom software company of all time. The #SmartSoftware "developers" (term used very loosely as we'd hate to offend actual software developers) charge by the hour. Smart Software purposely introduces bugs into their already shoddy code and then charges the customer for the privilege to fix said bugs. #SmartSoftware charges the customer for showing one of their low-level "developers" how to build a proper installation set. They charge the customer for every single phone call. It wouldn't surprise any of us to find out these #SmartSoftware clowns have even charged us for time spent in the bathroom. We recently discovered the owner, Matt Smart, has left the company he founded to become a professional poker player. Call this crappy company's bluff - #DoNotHireSmartSoftware. Period, The End.
