I really liked this hotel. The Wi-Fi was easy to connect to, the room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful and the rooms had an extra door to the pool or parking lot. The only downside was the absence of a continental breakfast.
The staff was friendly. The food was pretty good for an event of this size. It was in their convention center which had around 200 people there. Overall a good experience!
Great place to stay, clean, nice pool and great staff. Perimeter doors are not secure if you want to feel safe this isn't the place. Still good neighbor hood.
The hotel is old.. they are renovating some of the rooms.. First of all we arrived with a reservation and the room would not be ready for at least 2 more hours.It happens every time we go there. The room we had smelled very strange.. like a spray was on everything, and it never went away, I could smell it sleeping. It was on the main floor and very spacious. The room was surface clean, but not... everything needed dusted months ago... Even the sofa was super dusty.. was only vacuumed where it could reach. Baseboards were not clean about 8 inches out. The bathroom vent was super loud and something was not right with it at all. The speakers on the TV sounded like they were rattling. Everytime my husband moved in the bed while watching TV, it sounded weird. I looked under the bed and a piece of the metal frame was laying under it, along with lots of dust, bugs, used tissues and candy wrappers. It's not my choice of a hotel. My husband attends business meetings there 5 times a year. They like the big conference room they use. I always do major bedbug checks at every hotel I stay at. I haven't found any there yet. The hotel seemed very short staffed this time, the restaurant too. Seemed like everyone was new and nobody knew what to do. The waitress forgot to take my order at breakfast. She messed up a lot of bills too. I don't think she ever came back to see if we needed anything either. It's just an OK place to stay. I did leave a note with the front desk of things they needed to fix in the room.
Room we stayed in was average. Bed and pillows were hard. Stained shower curtain. Conference room/convention center was nice and food was good.
